The Director Fee Plan has been in place for
a number of years allowing Directors at
their election to apply for shares in lieu of a
cash payment based on the 30 day VWAP
prior to the quarter end.
Its just how i see it .. may not mean much ... but funny how today its just gone as i thought with buyers building big time .. .016 close would be nice .
