I am hoping that is the case and given where the negotiations should be up to you would think the banks are comfortable with this. Given other statements from MJ this appears reasonably likely.
The other scenario though is that they are still within their current loan agreements (till june 30) and haven't finalised a new agreement, therefore the board is free to make up it's own mind and they are not currently cash constrained.
I will be watching the ELD open though tommorrow. I am taking this as a positive and am thinking about a small speculation.
