Potentially yes. While weather evens rain etc. is unlikely to have any effect on the rig move, electrical storms will on the set up and assembly of the rig. Last thing I would want it to work on a electable steel lighting rod out in the Plains.
While we have no sighted confirmation of the rig onsite yet I have a hunch that the rig locator on Latshaws website is not GPS locations rather than pins have been dropped on a map to show location. Who knows when that is updated..... It is definitely plausible that the rig is onsite now
