The Treasurer will deliver the 2021-22 Federal Budget at approximately 7.30 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 11 May 2021.
This could be a key date. PEP 11 would be one piece in a large jigsaw puzzle - but if money is allocated to Carbon Capture Storage, BPH could be a beneficiary.
Many analysts are predicting funding for CCS to boost the Government's green credentials, so the question is whether you would approve PEP 11 in the days running up to the budget?
The other good thing about Budget time is that there are sooooo many stories that an approval for PEP 11 would get swamped. The anti-PEP people would have to line up with everyone else who is protesting about some thing or other.
