What's never clear to me about the exclusive statement is which party is locked to the other.
Does this mean Tritium are sourcing their parts only from us and noone else, or does it mean we can only sell product to them and only them?
I have to assume the former and we still have other customers. It's not impossible that Tritium wanted to secure our entire production capacity.
No minimums specified, but definitely a good sign that we are the preferred technology for their growing rollout of chargers.
