I have been a long term holder for some time. Sometimes I have been frustrated in not having frequent news, I have learned to listen to the market. Unless you are trading the shares and wish to sell into an announcement, I think management would know the guidelines of **promotion blocked**. Management need to protect shareholders interest, some times they cannot disclose certain aspects like negotiations until completion. I don't think threat and downramped would help with the share price unless you are a buyer. I am happy for the share price to progress steadily.
