Nothing we did not already know from what I can tell.

I do believe as a shareholder this is a good outcome given CRB's situation and from the information I have read a far better project longer term than Cockatoo Island.

I appreciate the need for the share/option issues and dilution of shareholders to acquire the project and take comfort from the fact that the vendors are taking shares and options which shows confidience in the project.

The only real dissappointing issue for me is the consolidation of shares that occurs prior to the issue of new shares which further dilutes shareholders.
