I think the way the sp is sliding on this stock that fer sh would be jumping in mass to take up the plt offer.
That court case with Dr James did not do very much for them.
Also consider that fer have only 1 tangable product ( the breast screen hair test)whilst plt have so many other on the go.
I'm begining to think that 3 plt for very 2 fer shares is an overly generous offer.
Also keep in mind that if there is any more litigation ( as per bidders report) with fer that PLT has the right to withdraw.
Something fer sh should seriously consider
