The dilution is unprecedented. I can't see the share price not falling.
Of course UBS are happy to underwrite the stock at a 40% discount plus.
Its at a massive discount. Write calls, short the index, short the stock and cover your bet...
Still, a much better outcome for holders then how things were months ago
