RRL is buying 30% share of a gold mine called "Tropicana". Purchase price is $905million.

1. Loan $300million
2. New share worth of $650 million
so far $200 million raised from institutions @2.70Now $450 million from share holders @2.70/share
some people think company paid too much. Also all the gold mining companies shares are down.
if you like the company and don't want to get diluted then you can buy from the Offer and save the under writters or you can buy from the market and save some money.
