The existing (pre Capital Raising) shareholders in RRL will (post the capital raising) own circa 68% of the company (albeit with a new asset) and not 53%. As you have pointed out this is a subjective matter to you but my truth is sadly objective truth and yours is not. Please pull out your calculator and work this out.
