"In the months ahead, a variety of store upgrades, menu changes, and staff training are all expected to
deliver real benefits to our customers, the very lifeblood of the business, and the recent new product
releases, such as the Vegan Burger and Breakfast Bundles, ensure that management is listening to our
customers and constantly trying to improve the product offerings accordingly."

What does this actually mean though? This was announced 'months ago'. What are we supposed to be expecting as shareholders?

Reviews of the breakfast bundle aren't great (even on their own FB page). Wow! Management is listening to customers. Wow! Customers are the lifeblood of our business. NO S*IT SHERLOCK! Is this announcement for real?

Store upgrades, menu changes, staff training. Same same. No new customers to lift the top line. Amateurs. I still 'hold' (as I can't sell this right now). Where to from here? The toilet, I fear.
