I agree with a lot of what you're saying and I've had similar thoughts. In my opinion they shouldn't be allowed to trade the stock at all. They know things before anyone, even the directors. That's just my opinion and I'm sure a lot of people would disagree. But either they're allowed to trade the stock or not. And if they are, then they can sell whenever they want. It's foolish to think they wouldn't act on the information they have, but it's also impossible to prove.

That being said it's all water under the bridge. The stock has been up and then back down since then. And who know's we may see a TH any day now, which would make their decision (and yours if you decided to sell back then) pretty foolish in retrospect. This game has a lot of moving pieces and right now, CC thinks he's got the best shot he's had so far of finding the porphyry, so there's still a chance to see a big move in the short term.
