I used to think this was a fairly tight register but it hasn't really played out that way of late. The retracement from $1.20 back to 90c was pretty disappointing. They don't seem to be able to get the shares into strong hands.
Top 20 is about 50% I wonder how safe it really is from an opportunistic bid.
