Early call - but I am thinking 500m into digital infrastructure (5G or dark fibre) and ~750m into decarbonisation (hoping Australian investment into BESS storage or grid scale baseload renewable power options - recent modelling by others has indicated expected mid term returns here of ~20%)
That will leave them with cash for war chest afterwards
