Hi Sam,

With regards to the CR and your opinion I totally agree with your views. Its not about survival, but this is more for the growth of the company. Its best to do a CR in around 40c range and avoid heavy dilusion and raise big money...

But my thoughts are Morgans and Wilsons would not allow the company / may not want to to do a CR at 40c. They would want to have them cheap at around the current prices and sell them around their target of 57c over. Its a tricky situation as so many news are on the way in the next 8 weeks and the SP could be easily double from here just on one or two of those news..

Would love to know your thoughts on this ..
