Some positives that I saw were
1) The US market is starting to contribute more to the bottom line. over USD15m.. a positive trend
2) The growth trend in the return on assets to now over 15%
3) The improvement in productivity with collections per hour increasing $293 per hour.
4) An adjustment to the head count to resize for the business.
The current share price is probably fully valued based on the forecast PE for FY21.
The company appears to be well run and has good KPI's to measure performance ..
