As far as I’m aware all shares held on the ASX will be transferred over to Nasdaq once listed without you needing to do anything. However, to actually sell them you will need access to Nasdaq. Currently your shares are unlisted and just held on the private companies registry (although they are using vstock to manage the consolidations etc).
if you purchased on CommSec, you can apply for an international account (unless you already have one). This can take a while to finalise so may as well do it now.
Theoretically once Gmv lists on nasdaq (dear god I hope so!), your consolidated shares should show in your international trading account.
keep in mind all currently prospectus’s have a period you can’t sell so you will also need to wait this out.
