The BoD is made up of fools!
Check their remuneration at almost $400K each for both Tchacos & Fink!
They certainly are doing a good job of farming the shareholders!
Their remuneration is well more that Australia's Prime Minister and for what?
Under Tchacos & Fink's guidance on the Board they have presided over driving the share price into the ground and causing so much dilution that the shares are almost worthless...
