I only purchased in February 2021 at about A$2.72 so given the nature of this business, I'd be very 'entitled' to not be a happy little Vegemite (disclosure: have BGA) given Mr Moufarrige's obvious ongoing terrific stewardship.

This is an Australian success story (tertiary exports through its services) that provides much needed temporary premises to other businesses, especially given present promotion in Australia of the 'working from home for office workers' fad (which I don't see lasting into perpetuity: too many downsides from not being in the office).

Mr M showed from March 2020 how adaptable SRV was, and didn't hesitate to take the unfortunate step of closing some SRV offices where prospects had turned sour and in his estimation would not rebound to a shareholder-accretive degree.

Thank you also Jakjazz, for also being loyal to the company. Over the medium and perhaps longer term you'll be rewarded in a material sense. From what I've observed, Mr Moufarrige treats small shareholders pretty well so 'I dips me lid' as some long forgotten cartoonist used to draw.
