The one thing that stood out to me, is the changing in debt facilities in particular the "planned funding diversification".
Might be an early hint that a new or existing lending product (e.g. car loans), might be ready to come out of "pilot mode" in the near future. The product could be longer in duration and/or larger in average loan size. And they may partially fund this with a warehouse facility as a way of not using up all their dry powder for other opportunistic investments.
