Hence why in a previous post I had said I was mystified that WGO had agreed to buy gas of STX to fulfil the Alcoa contract. It means that STX can remain uncommitted to WE without signing up another long term GSA to fulfil there share of WE. What happens if they never sign anyone up and phase 2 doesn't' go ahead. Does WGO have to buy gas off STX forever and stuck on this one contract.
