    No idea. I do hope it is an increase in price. From the wording it does not seem like a no deal. It may be either

    1. Increase price or 2. Extension

    My gut tells me no 1. as why would an extension be "material".

    Could be wrong and this is not financial advice but I guess we wait with bated breath
