Why not get some or other litigation funders to fund a class action? I would suggest that there were enough traders out there who potentially lost enough money to justify such an actoin- although proving losses may be quite difficult I would imagine- could possibly do so based on a proven trading record of XX profits per day average, and you only had yy (or lost ZZ) on the down days.
