Not true,
They sell themselves as absolute return, however all their performance fees, commentary etc compare themselves to the MCSI and other indexes.
If they were true absolute return investors they would structure all their performance fees on that basis, and spend less time quoting the index for comparison.
I believe they are index huggers , just to a lesser extent than the others.
