Firstly you term it downramping I call it an alternative view...differing views is what makes a market.

I've not witnessed FER make any outlandish sales forecasts for a few years but the board of PLT IMO are serial offenders and need to be pulled up by someone...when Hunter lied to the AGM back in 2007 that was the straw that broke the camels back IMO...also one particular poster on this thread IMO suffers a glass 3/4 full approach, perpetually, when it clearly is not and it appears he tends to lead others into a false sense of security/pending success when in actuality it is very far from the case.

Yes the FER SP was terrible today and I'm quite suspicious of this trading...it effectively implies either (1) a pending SP of PLT of 6.5c or (2) manipulation to make the PLT bid look more attractive.

The jury is out which of the above it is but it will all play out in the coming few weeks I imagine.
