A $1.4m refund implies a total R&D spend of about 3.2M in that FY. Hmmm. Nicely subsidised by the taxpayer , might be worth scrutinising exactly what they’ve achieved in that FY for that large spend. No actual clinical work I believe. Lot of looking for stuff, talking about things, and “designing” things but it seems not much else based on their quarterly activity report I saw on the other thread . Looking at that activity report if you just changed one number- 1 replacing 2 in “sars cov 2” it might as well be a report from 2003.
