From all of the major Bankruptcies including: - Linen and things - Circuit City - Steve and Barry's - Mervyns
CER has lost only 2.8% ABR from their US assets. Their OZ assets lost 0.4% from bankruptcies and when looked at on a portfolio basis it was less than 2%.
There's the benefit of concentrating on the non-discretionaty spend centres. People still gotta eat!!
