No Ldog 12 vmc in their JV deal they only have to pay rxl a $3 million dollar contribution to exploration only and that amount is only obligated to be paid once rxl advance to “decision to mine” they then need to contribute their 30% cost of capex and startup but and this but is a doozy they can (and will) opt to pay it out of mining profits with an interest free carry. So the burden of dilution is suffered here not over there at vmc. What would you do if you were the MD of vmc?
