A few of them contain Edencrete

ROTFL. Nobody (apart except a handful of tiny US-based premixes) sells mixes containing Edencrete. The trials which show the supposed benefits of Edencrete involve very low quality control mixes as a comparison. Eg. The 4 gallon/yd3 EDE mixes used by GDOT are arguably no better than the standard 32MPa mixes sold by every premix manufacturer. The 32Mpa mixes are nearly 50% cheaper than adding Edencrete to GDOT 17Mpa concrete.


The one that stands out will contain Edencrete

Absolute rubbish. For example marine concrete is high density 55-60MPa pozzalanic mixture. It is a high pH (alkaline) concrete which actively prevents the corrosion of rebar in addition to significantly reducing chloride penetration. It is superior in every way to adding Edencrete to ordinary cement.
