Strong cash position and openly talking about the nearby BCL mine are good signs. I think it is very obvious that certain traders (not investors) sold out of this to push the next big thing but there is a lot of potential here with the right entry and I wouldn't be surprised to see this move back up fast now that the day traders have had their fun.
