A 3 month term deposit would currently pay in the order of 0.25-0.5%. So they should be getting at least $3-6k (with $5m in a term deposit) per quarter. You won't find many 4Cs with such a large cash balance earning zero.
It could also be that they have a term deposit and haven't received the interest payment yet, so I guess we'll see after the next quarterly. But the 4C says 100% is held in bank balances so seems unlikely...
