The money is only part of the price of the promise here. Complex multi-component promises are created and exchanged every second of every day. Money and/or actions may precede it, accompany or follow, may be setoff, postponed or forfeited, or subject to a myriad different factors. But it's the overall consideration that's critical e.g. in this case, there may be additional promises from MSB/ Novartis to each other in relation to the analysis and non-disclosure of information, as mentioned by the CEO and CSO in the very public disclosures this morning.

Also, you give @LeftYahoo no credit for attempted analysis (subject to disclaimers, of course) in what is on any simple exercise of Ockham's Razor a probably fully-compliant silence from the MSB Board. The Board's obligation is to preserve the trade secrets and other IP of MSB against competitors, as they have done demonstrably with the opioid sparing patent applications in AU in February - not to give you or any particular shareholder information about what it is doing.

You should, and I believe do, know this. But you seem to me to often choose to sneer at and disparage others sharing their thoughts, quite generously. Why do that? And if you're not doing that, please explain.

And please don't tell me, 'I don't have to explain myself to anybody'. That's true, but this is a forum for explanation and discussion.
