I was just thinking that FHC.

I have a number of colleagues how had to fly back to India to be with loved ones who have contracted COVID themselves. From what they tell me, a lot of the reason its gone out of control is what you mention above (population density), but the other interesting one is culture. People's attitudes towards a pandemic and lack of willingness/ability to follow the strict protocols we followed around masks, distancing etc. etc. Obviously the final one is the government response which has been a huge failure of leadership.

Where I see our test coming in to help is when India (and other countries) begin to recover and the numbers reverse the trend. As they come out of the worst of it, rapid testing will be critical. Think of an area where the virus is now gone and you want to protect it. Then you test everyone who is looking to enter it.
