ISX was suspended in consoltation with ASIC. ASIC's investigation was centred on the perf shares. The company is primarily suspended due to the question marks around the perf shares. Further issues were found, but overwhemingly the suspension exists in order to freeze the perf shares which are now subject to legal action by ASIC.

You can employ cognitive dissonance tp reduce discomfort, but it doesnt change the facts.

The customers comment was not me saying it was suspened because of that.
