Just so we’re all crystal clear @AlCp, is your theory (as noted on other threads) that this bid is not genuine, but rather merely a distraction to cover up poor (in your opinion) quarterly report? And thus Respiri’s BOD are essentially trying to manipulate the market?

That’s the impression I got from what you wrote on another thread. I’m interested to see if you’ll clarify in writing here.
