Rexsh I've seen a few takeovers in my time both recommended and unsolicited...I have NEVER seen a target board in a recommended bid come out with Take No Action until you receive the target statement and IER...this has only ever occured to the best of my knowledge with an unsolicited bid which this is not.
The IER is going to be juicy reading and a must read for all long term PLT holders as it will independently point out the risks/rewards
