re: jablowme ... From memory its a state x state issue, however there are some federal inputs for specific 'green-scheme' associations. As I said some time ago....give them a call. The current US government is into bombs and golf...the new government is a little more focussed on renewable energy. On my last visit to the USA we worked out that the entire national debt and unemployment could be wiped out if they raised their fuel prices by US$0.12/gallon!
I'm just a punter in the construction game with interests here, NZ and the USA.
