I think a lot is about timing of cashflow , lots of gravel stockpiled ( think of it as stock purchased and on shelf ) paid for ( with expenses labour , machinery etc) waiting to be delivered ( sold) to existing customers/ contracts during dry season then billed and income brought to account?
