I get the feeling its a done deal and has been on the cards for a while.

For once I am not optimistic about ADR.

One think I am sure of is RSH is not worth 10c and RSH needs ADR more than we need them.

: Respira Whezo product has been included on the last 2 ASDR presentations.

It beats me that with all of the talented staff ADR have we have nor secured any remote reimbursement status for any product in the US

Last 2 raises at 3c and 1.5c averaged our equals 2.25c and the average price for directors shares for fees is about 2.25c also

a strong NO from the company would ne welcome IMO
