I have emailed Ken Scarince advising him of the above and also pointing out to him that the new IR employee has a right to be protected from physical and emotional injury.
Such right creates obligations under Occupational Health Safety laws to take all reasonable steps to protect including involving the police and prosecuting the offenders.
While typing this he replied thanking me and stating he was not aware of the provision and would take steps to find out the procedure for bringing these communications to police attention should they continue.
He also mentioned the next podcast would be out shortly and that I could find it interesting.
