Seen the movie - let's not hope for that scenario!

I know they don't have to disclose, but by not disclosing only creates more distrust towards the company. They know this, their lawyers know this, their advisors know this.

So it can't be helping us mushrooms.

Let's hope all this is for the benefit of the overall future of the company, not just for JF and partners.
They have a large stake in this hole too, I'm sure they aren't happy to see -$1 SP. How does shooting one's self in the foot make you rich?

Can a company issue/dilate shares to inhouse parties to gain higher percentage of share hold? If so what's the point of voting? They will always have ultimate control, only they know the numbers needed.
