Well i can't find the link to that article which i read it somewhere on colarado oil and gas drill permits published in November/ December 2020 which i did mention in one of my earler post's that the processing time for approval is between 4 to 6 weeks. but i think because of these new rules they expect it can take more time than that but can't be 4 months.( I'll post the link once I find that.) I think the reason they said next quarter is to stop people from calling or emailing the company and question about the drill permit or any related queries. This will also give them time to concentrate on applying for other permits. They are doing whatever is possible at this point of time. My strategy is to accumulate and don't know about others. Keep complaining and you'll miss out on your chances of getting more at this price level. Please DYOR.
