The only thing you outlined that had me concerned is the investments in Barrenjoey & Guzman.
I mean, if he wanted M&A/Private Equity exposure he should have just bought Blackrock & Carlyle - both up heaps in the past year.
And the sub par TexMex business - let's not go there, it's not a McDonald's or Starbucks.
But yes, I think he should recover but I think he should really rotate into some cyclical names. Sometimes you have to bend with the market and he's not doing that right now.
