why the 5% drop from the offer price?, page-7

just my opinion in looking at the noble methods so far.

i'm not saying it makes sense at all, but they are at 82% and the offer closed today at 7pm so we'll see tomorrow what the final number is.

there was no extension and no provision for one so unless the number is over 90%, it think that's going to be the end of it....just left with an inconsequential small minority float. i think that would suit noble just fine.

they could issue a new offer at less than the current offer......say 5.50 take it or leave it. that's what i'd do.
