I don't know why TZL wouldn't pay legal fees relating to the actions of their directors while performing their duties as directors regardless of their insurance cover.

I very much believe the costs of defence will come from TZ's coffers.

I don't condone what has happened here at all, but unless the action is against the Pie Eater himself then I'm not sure it is going to achieve that much. Certainly it won't feel like a moral victory to me without AS taking the bulk of the blame.
