I’ll be adding my first parcel, this looks a very compelling risk reward play, the royalty is extremely defensive and can reach well higher in a few years time. Upside imo is an easy 100% regardless of drills but we have some good targets in the area and 100% owned land package. sold down other land packages for cash and have a 10m cash position... No Cr for at least 1 year....Buying time
