Excellent report C-Top,
Appreciate the time and effort you have taken to inform HC.

Looks to me that long term this Reit may be gathering strength.

I must admit I have sold down my holdings recently to participate in 3 SPP's falling due in the commodity, energy services sector.

Reits still occupy 25% of my P/F.

We shall see what the ANN has re debt/refinancing structure and dps but looks likely no share issues will be introduced.

Looking to increase holdings as future unfolds.
