What GXY want is $ 130 M for a LITHIUM CARBONATE plant in China(50M) and a Spodumene mine at Mt Cattlin($68m) and $12M working capital. From the profit they make out of LITHIUM CARBONATE in China,they want another LITHIUM CARBONATE plant at Mt Cattlin and are prepared to borrow money to do it.
