Been reading this stuff for a decade, NTU JORC is as weak as a kitten, they'd need to prove out a LOT of exceptional results to change that, go check out the three patches of resource they added a few years back <0.3% TREO, joke.
Just look at the skinny financial metrics they did back 2013, all based 100% recoveries from ultra low grades, now years later they can't even recover 52% to concentrate.
Mind you they are far from the only wannabe trying to pull that stunt.
